By employing CNT carbon nano tubes and using exclusively unidirectional carbon fibres, we can achieve consistent rigidity at a very low weight. The specially designed shock absorber, the appropriate suspension fork, and the high-quality components group supplement this dream bike.

Frame building in a Multi Moulding Procedure - Manufactured using the Multi-Moulding Procedure: all heavily loaded areas of the frame are manufactured from a single part, the connection of the individual frame sections is always affected in the areas where the smallest forces will be exerted. In combination with the exclusive use of unidirectional carbon fibre and the mixture of CNT Carbon Nano Tubes (microscopic carbon tubes) in the resin, we have achieved optimal rigidity with significant weight savings.
iSC integrated Skeleton Concept - The iSC provides for a perfect transmission of power and distribution of forces in the juncture point from the top tube to the heavily loaded seat tube. Thus the efficiency of the propulsion as well as the rigidity increases while the frame weight is reduced.
APS Advanced Pivot System - Provides reliable suspension in any situation while ensuring efficient forward propulsion with no pedal power getting absorbed by the suspension. The entirely closed rear triangle is a monocoque fabrication. This increases the rigidity and reduces weight. The upper and lower pivot arms (rocker arm and lower link) that connect the front and rear triangle are CNC treated after manufacturing. This leads to an additional reduction in weight without compromising the rigidity.
Carbon Dropouts - Another intricate detail; boasts is the use of carbon dropouts for the frame. These help to further reduce the overall frame weight.
